ZALP is an app that allows you to refer your connections for open jobs in your organization.
It will enable you to view all the jobs that your organization has opened up for referrals . It syncs with you social media accounts to help you send out job links easily to your connections with just one click .
It even allows you to simply share the open positions on your social profiles to enable your connections to view the jobs and apply for it themselves.
The ZALP app will also allow you to stay updated on your referrals progress in the recruitment process.
Remember that the app is 100 % secure and private. Your employer or ZALP will not be able to directly contact any of your connections.
The ZALP app does not post anything to your social media profiles without your consent.
